I have returned the two Mirha Special Khaddar 2pc readymade purchased from you in the last week of January with a tracking number which I have sent to you.
The tracking shows the parcel has been delivered to you.
I have explained to you in my several emails posted to you the reasons for requesting a refund. There has been absolutely no response from you in spite of my having an account with you and also having gone through the terms and conditions. Can you do the needful ASAP please!
