Will not recommend them

I ordered three dresses from this company and paid £75.10 including delivery charges. Out of the three, only one dress (worth £39.95) arrived correctly. The second dress was completely different from what I ordered, and the third one was missing entirely.

I’ve called and texted multiple times, but no one has responded. I also tried contacting them via webchat, where I was told to message them on WhatsApp — which I did, along with sending all relevant screenshots. Still, I’ve received no response or resolution.

If I don’t hear back from them within the next month, I will be taking legal action. Very disappointed with the service so far.
